Responsibilities
Consult with business line and enterprise functions on less complex research
Perform analysis of findings and trends using statistical analysis and document process
Present recommendations to improve data quality and build efficiencies in on-going monitoring
Identify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiency
Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies
Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals
Collaborate and consult
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Data Analytics, Reporting, Automation, Transformation
Knowledge of AI and GenAI tools
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Ability to perform complex data analysis
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in defining and interpreting business requirements
Ability to work in changing priorities and deadlines both independently and within team environment
