Process payroll accurately for different schedules
Resolve payroll discrepancies and errors promptly
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings
Maintain employee records and administer benefits
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software, including ADP
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws
3-5 years of experience in high volume payroll processing
Preferred
Experience with Multi-State payroll processing is a plus
Experience in the Construction or Government Contracting industry is preferred
