Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of product architecture using Guidewire Insurance Suite to ensure robust and scalable solutions
Oversee integration using the Guidewire Cloud Integration Framework to enhance interoperability
Provide technical expertise in GW Units and SQL to optimize data management and performance
Collaborate across teams to implement DevOps practices supporting CI/CD pipelines
Develop and maintain Guidewire tools and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency
Ensure seamless implementation of Guidewire ContactManager to support CRM capabilities
Utilize Java and Gosu to build and customize Guidewire solutions
Implement and enhance Guidewire BillingCenter to optimize billing operations
Leverage PCF for cloud-native user interface development
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Perform system audits and performance optimization reviews
Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Guidewire Insurance Suite fundamentals (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter)
Guidewire Cloud Integration Framework
Guidewire ContactManager
Guidewire Tools and Accelerators
Gosu, Java, SQL
PCF Development
DevOps concepts and practices
Property & Casualty Insurance domain expertise
Extensive experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite architecture and integrations
Strong development background in Java, Gosu, and SQL
Hands-on experience with DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with P&C insurance business processes and regulations
Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills
Guidewire Certified Professional
Java SE 8 Programmer Certification
