Responsibilities
Analyze EHS data to develop and implement strategies that reduce accidents, injuries, and environmental risks
Design and implement process improvements to minimize safety incidents and environmental impact while balancing manufacturing and production requirements
Monitor and assess upcoming regulatory changes and implement necessary actions to ensure continued compliance with local laws
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations
Support internal and external audits, including inspections by government agencies
Lead and support sustainability programs to ensure company compliance and continuous improvement
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent university education
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with EHS compliance requirements and programs
Experience with sustainability initiatives and emerging sustainability programs
Safety Officer 4 certification required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience working in global manufacturing environments preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
