Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential commercial, nonprofit, and government clients
Use email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking to generate meetings
Build and manage an active pipeline
Lead discovery calls
Present Jpixx’s capabilities and approach clearly
Understand client goals and align creative solutions
Collaborate with producers and owners on project scope
Support proposals and estimates
Negotiate budgets and timelines
Close new business ethically and professionally
Maintain communication through kickoff
Ensure smooth handoff to production
Identify future or ongoing opportunities
Qualification
Required
1–5+ years in sales or business development
Experience selling services (not just products)
Comfortable with outbound outreach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Able to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Preferred
Experience with creative or video environments
Comfort with longer sales cycles
Familiarity with government or regulated industries
