Responsibilities

Lead the relationship with Deloitte in the ANZ region
Drive business development opportunities to create sourced opportunities
Oversee the creation and maintenance of Appian’s delivery practices within Deloitte
Connect Appian sales teams with partner account teams to jointly develop customer opportunities
Oversee the creation, development, and go to market for partner solutions, managed services, and BPO opportunities
Educate the Partner organizations on the benefit of Appian's software

Required

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business
10+ years of relevant enterprise software experience, including significant experience in a partner/channel sales leadership role or a services firm
Specific, demonstrable experience successfully managing and growing a business at Deloitte
Demonstrated success in working with service providers in business development and the construction of services & practices around specific software products
Working knowledge of business process automation with a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi departmental solution sales
Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice
Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
Confident, competitive, thorough, and tenacious attitude
Able to work independently, but within a team environment
Ability to travel
