Atmosphere is a leading streaming TV platform designed for businesses, transforming venues into engaging experiences for customers. They are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to drive new customer acquisition and ensure satisfaction among existing clients by promoting the use of their streaming service.

Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and secure strategic new bars, restaurants, and other venues to join Atmosphere TV's growing network of partners using a highly curated list of valuable targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to promote Atmosphere TV as a must-have service for their venue. Turn targeted prospects into advocates & superfans of Atmosphere TV incentivizing them to collaborate with us on campaign executions, sampling, & deep integration into their concept
Work closely with high-value existing customers to ensure they are actively using the service and optimizing it to meet their needs, offering technical support, and identifying opportunities for additional value
Stay on top of local market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality and entertainment industries
Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for new customer sign-ups, account retention, and revenue growth
Provide onboarding assistance, training, and ongoing support to customers to ensure a seamless Atmosphere TV experience
Partner with marketing, product, and customer support teams to deliver the best possible experience for customers and identify new features or improvements based on client feedback
Track and report sales activity, pipeline development, and customer engagement metrics using the company’s CRM and other tools
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and results-driven
Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industries
Strong relationship-building skills with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
Ability to identify and engage strategic new partners
Experience in customer retention and account optimization
Knowledge of local market trends and competitors
Ability to achieve monthly and quarterly goals for new customer sign-ups and revenue growth
Experience in providing onboarding assistance and training to customers
Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams
Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools
