Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day field service across your local market: service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on CNC machining and turning centers
Resolve customer issues on-site, provide light training, and partner with sales for technical support when needed
Communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and leadership at customer sites
Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity; operate in alignment with business expectations
Own your service cases and projects end-to-end, maintaining accurate customer records and technical documentation
Pitch in on other related duties as they arise
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers
Well-developed troubleshooting skills spanning mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Proficiency in heavy equipment repair
