Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer experience
Lead performance-driven marketing initiatives across owned channels (email, newsletters, social, website), using data and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results
Create compelling sales collateral, flyers, fact sheets, talking points, event collateral, and other marketing assets that support business development and customer engagement efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing strategies that support the entire customer journey-from initial engagement to driving usage and adoption
Manage and optimize outreach through Fannie Mae’s owned channels, including email marketing, social media, new customer onboarding, user experience, and website content, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
Conduct and apply market research and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, messaging, and product, policy, and/or technology positioning
Strengthen the Fannie Mae brand by positioning products and services in ways that resonate with our B2B audiences and deliver meaningful value

Required

2 years' related experience in B2B marketing and supporting digital and brand marketing
Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, social media, display, SEO, and web
Strong background in sales enablement, including the creation of marketing collateral and tools that support sales teams
Skilled in marketing analytics, including interpreting data, benchmarking, and deriving actionable insights to help drive campaign optimizations and improve marketing outcomes
Excellent communication and storytelling skills-able to craft compelling narratives and deliver them across various formats and audiences
Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing timelines and resources
Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional team environments and stakeholder engagement
Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity-able to juggle multiple priorities and lead initiatives from concept to execution
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4-6 years related experience preferred
Prior experience working in a regulated environment and/or in financial services or mortgage finance a plus
Skilled in using AI-powered personalization engines to tailor messaging across borrower and lender segments
Preferred experience using Workfront, SharePoint, Salesforce, Allego, Acquia, Google Analytics, CVENT, and Confluence
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools is a plus
