Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
Experience working with Desktop Computers and maintaining hardware and software functionality
Knowledge of Information Technology systems and ability to manage IT infrastructure effectively
