Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Sell Skillsoft Global Knowledge’s T&D solutions directly to SMB prospects
Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and close
Build and execute strategic territory plans to maximize pipeline and revenue
Clearly articulate Skillsoft’s competitive differentiation and value proposition
Partner cross-functionally to ensure a strong customer experience and successful outcomes

Required

5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology-enabled services
College degree or equivalent in education/experience
Proven success selling in a new business / hunter capacity with experience selling directly into IT Departments
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and how to advance deals at each stage
Ability to prospect, manage, and grow a defined territory
Strong negotiation skills, focused on value and time-to-close
Adaptable and customer-centric

Preferred

Familiarity with learning, human capital, or human capital technology solutions
