Pension Coordinator (Hartford, CT)

Responsibilities
Providing accurate and timely support to internal and external Large Case Pensions customers
Working independently within prescribed policies, procedures and service metrics for routine questions, data changes, payment stop and reissue
Scanning and electronically documenting management functions
Qualification
Required
Knowledge Of: Phone etiquette, 1 yr customer service, Microsoft Office products
Skill In: Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability To: Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities, be responsible and reliable
Strong written and oral communication skills
Education: High School Diploma
Preferred
Knowledge Of: Call Center and file management experience, knowledge or experience in pensions, bilingual language
Skill In: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, strong Excel and Word skills
