Responsibilities
Develop and maintain databases, procedures, packages, and complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL, Firebird, MySQL preferred)
Create, optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL processes and data workflows to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
Collect, refine, validate, and prepare data for analytics and visualization
Design, build, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and reports that are scalable, high-performing, and reusable
Provide data-driven insights to identify operational efficiencies, process improvements, and business opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analysis
Utilize development experience with .NET, Java, or Python to enhance reporting automation and integration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience
2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Intelligence role
Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data mapping, and data analysis
Proficiency in Excel, PL/SQL, ETL tools, and Tableau (desktop and server)
Hands-on experience developing and deploying Tableau dashboards
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry
Familiarity with API integrations, automation, or cloud-based data platforms
