InternKnapheide is seeking an Information Technology Intern to support various areas of the company's PCs and peripheral devices. The role involves providing first-level support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with asset management and equipment implementation.

Responsibilities
Install new PC's, printers, and software
Provide answers to users by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through corrective steps
Troubleshoot reported hardware and software problems. Perform repairs for PC's and printers
Provide support to our remote locations by phone
Learn and understand Asset management, receiving, and implementation of equipment
Qualification
Required
Strong desire to learn
Excellent customer service attitude
Good communication skills written, phone and in person
Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
Build and deploy PCs
Basic printer maintenance, repair and diagnostics
Understand and support common/modern applications (Windows, Office, etc...)
