Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft technologies
Collaborate with data scientists and business teams to translate requirements into effective AI-driven solutions
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure using Azure, AI Builder, and Copilots integrated with Dynamics 365
Deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and related Azure AI tools
Optimize AI models for efficiency, performance, and scalability
Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI solutions
Document AI architectures, processes, and recommendations clearly for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Evaluate emerging AI technologies—including LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, and architectures such as RAG and orchestration patterns
Recommend or implement improvements such as fine‑tuning or custom ML model training
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot, and related solution design patterns
Proficiency with Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD
Experience with .NET technologies
Proven ability to design and deploy AI models and algorithms
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent tools
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Background in iterative and Agile development methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of experience building web applications
Preferred
Certifications in Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure
Understanding of foundational Machine Learning concepts
Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns
Experience with full application lifecycle testing (functional, regression, performance, integration) and delivery management
Comfortable interacting directly with business users across all levels of the organization
