Responsibilities
Manage document change control for Work Orders, procedures, Job Aids, and other QA‑controlled documents
Ensure all quality documents, formulations, and packaging/ingredient specifications are accurate and available before production
Perform LIMS test mapping and support minor POMsnet recipe updates
Create, update, and maintain quality documents, manuals, deviations, and procedures, including AS/400 Work Orders
Coordinate labeling and packaging material changes with correct formulations
Support QA change control activities and collaborate with Plant and Division teams
Lead document reviews, resolve cross‑functional discrepancies, and support new products/projects affecting Quality Systems
Assist with deviation scheduling, implementation, coordination, and closure
Provide Work Orders for engineering studies, replicates, and clinical projects
Serve as backup to Document Coordinators and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of QA‑related experience (Lab Analyst, Batch Log Auditor, etc.)
Knowledge of regulatory standards for infant formula and nutritionals
Basic understanding of manufacturing batch processes
Proficiency with computer systems and management information systems
Preferred
2 years as a Document Coordinator preferred
Experience with AS400 word processing preferred
