Responsibilities
Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and work closely with the release train engineer (RTE), product owner, scrum team, and other stakeholders such as product end users
Guide teams to deliver on-time, high-quality products, improve team efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Work with teams to identify and remove impediments that may hinder their progress
Track and monitor team performance metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, to ensure optimal productivity
Provider regular reports on team performance, risks, successes and failures to the program leadership team
Facilitate PI planning events and working session meetings to discuss scope, schedule and requirements with product owners
Help the Product Owner with prioritization, risk management, and scope
Manage product quality, releases, and delivery
Manage lightweight, living planning documents, like an Agile Product Roadmap
Conduct all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager for a software development team
Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US
Must have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 years
Preferred
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM) preferred
