Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for U.S. market entry (commercial, corporate, and sales roles)
Act as the HR business partner to U.S. leadership during expansion
Translate business priorities into clear hiring roadmaps and timelines
Drive proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline building
Partner with global HQ on hiring alignment, approvals, and workforce planning
Build local hiring processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience
Advise leaders on U.S. talent market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and hiring risks
Support early HR foundations (policies, onboarding, local compliance, vendor coordination)
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HRBP roles
Experience hiring for commercial, sales, or go-to-market teams in the U.S
Background in consumer goods, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or retail-driven companies
Proven experience supporting new market entry, scale-up, or early-stage growth
Strong stakeholder management with regional and global leadership
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving structures
Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization
