Go-To-Market Insights Specialist APAC
WTW is building APAC's Go-To-Market capability and is seeking a Go-To-Market Insights Specialist to accelerate top-of-funnel growth across the region. The role involves combining internal and external data to drive development, creating compelling presentations, and partnering with Sales Operations to design effective workflows.

Responsibilities
Build GTM plans and plays that drive pipeline and engagement across APAC
Drive top-of-funnel development: combine internal client data with external research (industry trends, company intelligence) to identify and quantify target account universes
Use research and prospecting tools to map decision makers and shape outreach approaches that feed the pipeline
Create compelling PowerPoint decks, briefs, and executive-ready materials that land
Partner with Sales Operations to design practical GTM workflows and measure what works
Run post-initiative reviews and turn learnings into improved plays and processes
Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content creation—and experiment with new ways to improve GTM workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and storytelling skills: You can take disparate data points, connect the dots, and weave them into a clear, compelling narrative that drives action
Visual communication: You know how to build a PowerPoint deck that lands—clean, structured, and persuasive. Bonus if you can share examples of your work
Comfort with research and prospecting tools: Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Capital IQ, or similar
Ability to influence across cultures: You can work with stakeholders across different APAC markets and drive execution through others
Structured and organised: You manage your own workstreams, prioritise well, and follow through
Hands-on with data: Comfortable working in Excel; Power BI or SQL experience is a plus but not required
AI-savvy: You actively use AI tools to enhance your productivity and are curious about how to apply them to GTM challenges
Preferred
Experience in professional services, broking, insurance, or adjacent B2B industries
Regional experience across multiple APAC markets
