Responsibilities
Review incoming COAs and verify that documentation aligns correctly with product specifications, part numbers and PO requirements
Communicate quality concerns, test failures or specifications deviations to the Quality Manager
Support troubleshooting anomalies by gathering evidence, samples and clear notes
Assist in preparing quality reports, trend summaries and metric KPI updates for shift huddles or weekly quality meetings
Participate in supplier-related quality checks by evaluating incoming materials
Ensure compliance with GMP Iso 22716 principles, internal quality standards and adherence to procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in physical science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
2-3 years of quality or laboratory experience in a manufacturing, consumer goods, or similar regulated environment
Strong problem-solving skills abilities with the capability to troubleshoot issues in real time
Fast paced production
Strong computer skills
Effective communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience in Home care, personal care, or chemical manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ISO 22716, GMP principles or other regulated quality systems
Experience working with SAP, RedZone, Smartsheet, or similar production quality software
Background supporting NCR investigation CAPA activities, or supplier quality evaluations
Strong data analysis capability with experience trending quality results or preparing reports
Ability to interpret specifications, COAs, batch records, and technical documents
Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple shifts in high volume production environments
