Human Resources Coordinator
AgeRight is a company dedicated to providing support in Home Care, Home Health, and Hospice. They are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage new hire onboarding, assist employees with benefits, and support internal audits in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate new hire onboarding including background checks, credential verification, and orientation scheduling
Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and questions
Support internal audits and regulatory surveys by maintaining organized documentation
Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
2 years of experience in HR and/or onboarding (experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare setting strongly preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with payroll and billing software
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing systems is a plus
