Responsibilities

Leads and manages high-impact projects focused on commercial excellence, including revenue growth, pricing strategies, product launches, and market penetration efforts, process optimization, and market expansion
Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, finance and product teams to align project deliverables with revenue objectives and market opportunities
Maintains an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
Provides regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic impacts
Facilitates effective communication and collaboration to align project goals with business objectives
Identifies potential risks and develops strategies to mitigate them
Proactively addresses project challenges and obstacles to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Leads change management efforts related to project implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder adoption
Develops and executes communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Evaluates project outcomes and processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Engages with key stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals
Addresses stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, with a focus on commercial excellence or business transformation
Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and driving business results
Strong understanding of commercial strategies, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Good analytical and problem-solving ability for issue resolution
Must be capable of prioritizing activities and scheduling to obtain effective results
Excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills
Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree a plus
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
