Responsibilities
Lead communications strategy as a partner with senior leadership to launch and sustain global projects and business execution, and engage the workforce through messaging promoting our values
Collaborate with teams to produce globally consistent materials to increase engagement and educate our employees on our performance, programs and strategy
Use industry best practices and familiarity with the organization to inspire communications ideas and content. Identify internal leadership needs and gaps in our content to recommend and develop new topics to senior leaders
Partner with other members of Global Communications team to ensure delivery of internal materials and messaging
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of experience in communications, marketing communications or journalism
Demonstrated communications background with proficiency in corporate communications, internal communications, digital media, event execution, public relations or related field preferably in an industrial environment
Preferred
Degree in communications, marketing communications or journalism
Experience in a corporate setting
