Responsibilities
Lead and sustain continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, with a primary focus on improving line OEE
Monitor, analyze, and report key production metrics
Develop, implement, and maintain process governance and sustainability for production line areas
Actively support site Operations Excellence programs and initiatives
Observe operations, analyze data, and provide recommendations for business process improvements
Facilitate the creation of project charters and coach Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and other project managers
Solve complex operational and process challenges
Coordinate and support cost‑saving projects related to material loss reduction, efficiency gains, and quality improvements
Provide project management and governance for site-level initiatives
Ensure accuracy of plant performance metrics, data analytics, and continuous improvement processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
Demonstrated competence in plant operations
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
