Responsibilities
Demonstrate expertise as a clinician and coordinator of service lines assigned
Responsible 24/7 for the coordination and serving as a resource in the service lines
Designate a replacement Team Lead in their absence
Coordinate the nursing and CST/ST activities
Serve as liaison with physicians, anesthesia, clinics, and staff as applicable
Maintain clinical operations, equipment, instruments, supplies, repairs, regulatory readiness, audits, training and other duties assigned under the direction of Nurse Manager and Director
Engage in staffing (direct engagement in the OR rooms) to administrative duties approximated at 80/20
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in an operating room setting
Leadership experience or skills
Ability to coordinate nursing and CST/ST activities
Strong communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic situations
