Responsibilities

Own a major component of our product (design, build, ship, and iterate)
Build full-stack features across web UI, backend services, and integrations
Work closely with PM/UX to turn ambiguous problems into simple, delightful workflows
Partner with Product Ops and customers to validate needs, iterate quickly, and drive adoption
Use AI tooling to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation
Improve quality and velocity through strong engineering practices (testing, observability, code reviews, CI/CD)

Required

4+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack ownership in production systems
Strong frontend skills (modern JS/TS frameworks) and backend/API development experience
Track record of shipping quickly without sacrificing reliability or user experience
Product-minded: comfortable with customer feedback loops and making tradeoffs
Excellent collaboration and communication across functions (PM, UX, Ops)
Passion for AI agents/automation, browser workflows, or developer productivity

Preferred

Experience with test automation, QA tooling, Playwright/Selenium, or browser instrumentation
Experience with LLM/agent systems, evals, prompt/tooling design, or workflow orchestration
Startup experience (0→1, fast iteration, high ownership)
