InternKnapheide is focused on ensuring high quality assurance standards for their products and processes. The Continuous Improvement Intern will be responsible for maintaining quality records, writing training documents, and supporting the Document Library to uphold ISO compliance.

Responsibilities
Writes and publishes training documents, work instructions, and other documents as needed inside the Document Library
Performs clerk functions in the support of the Document Library
Updates and revises documents as requested to maintain ISO compliance
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Communicating effectively both one-on-one and with cross-functional groups is a necessity
Ability to organize work and keep records (some computer skills required)
Must be able to use measuring tools and read blueprints
Must have good collaboration skills and be willing to accept responsibility
Flexibility in work schedule is a necessity
Normal standing, bending, walking and lifting associated with an office environment
Must be able to verbally communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
