Responsibilities
Serve as the product lead for one or more radiopharmaceutical assets in development
Work closely with R&D, translational science, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements and development priorities
Translate preclinical and clinical data into clear product concepts and development narratives
Support indication selection, target product profiles (TPPs), and lifecycle planning
Ensure product strategy reflects scientific rationale, clinical utility, and real-world use in nuclear medicine settings
Act as a scientific and strategic bridge between technical teams and senior leadership
Contribute to building product strategy frameworks as the pipeline matures
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience within radiopharmaceuticals
Strong scientific background within nuclear medicine, radiochemistry, radiopharmacy, medical physics, or related disciplines
Experience working in early-stage, pre-commercial, or development-phase programmes
Solid understanding of clinical development pathways and regulated environments
Comfortable engaging deeply with scientific data and complex technical concepts
Able to bring structure, clarity, and strategic thinking to evolving programmes
