Senior Account Executive

They are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through the sale of their IT consulting and talent acquisition services.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers at client companies
Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements
Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of candidates
Negotiate contract terms and manage the client engagement lifecycle from initial contact through placement and beyond
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience in IT staffing, recruiting, or technology services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability
