Have experience working with income tax return programs, particularly individual income taxes
Communicate with email, on the phone and video conferences
Possess analytical skills
Have a good working knowledge of Excel and ability to learn new formulas and fix spreadsheet issues
Hold an ability to form a “big picture” understanding and apply a commonsense approach
Document decisions and customer communications within workpapers
Manage projects: move forward on other areas when stuck on one matter
Always be present while at work
Adapt quickly to new technology and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Qualification
Required

Candidate needs to provide references for at least one former supervisor, and 2 others may be former coworkers or customers
Preferred
Working with UltraTax, Workpaper CS, Practice CS and Tax Dome are a plus but not necessary if tech savvy
