Required
Six (6) or more years of civil site engineering experience
Leadership skills
Knowledge of civil site engineering principles through education and/or demonstrated project experience related to site grading, stormwater management, drainage design/analysis, roadway design, retaining walls, erosion and sediment control, permitting, surveying
Knowledge and/or experience using AutoCAD and Civil3D software
Proven ability to assess and recommend best case civil engineering solutions
Ability to collaborate with higher level non-civil engineers and other project stakeholders
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering in a program accredited by ABET or four (4) years of related engineering experience along with a master's or PhD in Civil Engineering from a program accredited by ABET
Acceptable education alternatives: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (non-ABET) plus a Master's degree or PhD in civil engineering from a university with an ABET accredited Bachelor's program
Preferred
Knowledge and/or experience using AutoCAD and Civil3D software
