In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team, define product roadmaps for crypto initiatives, and bridge the gap between complex technology and consumer experiences.

Responsibilities
Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for our crypto initiatives, defining a high-impact roadmap that scales our offerings globally
Leading the design of "invisible" blockchain experiences
Raising the bar for the entire Crypto Business Unit by mentoring Lead and Senior PMs on product craft, execution velocity, and navigating the complexity of Web3
Partnering across business units to align roadmaps, identify synergies, and ensure the Crypto Business Unit contributes to Nu’s broader strategic goals
Analyzing unit economics, benchmarking the competitive landscape, and defining KPIs that ensure our products deliver both user value and business impact
Managing OKRs and long-term planning in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring the team maintains high delivery standards
Qualification
Required
Years of experience building and scaling financial products that millions of people use and trust
A deep understanding of digital assets and decentralized infrastructure
A proven ability to take highly technical, jargon-heavy “crypto” concepts and translate them into delightful, human-centric consumer experiences
Experience navigating complex global regulatory frameworks and working closely with Legal and Compliance teams to build sustainable, secure products
You lead through influence, mentors senior peers, and has a track record of driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
Proficiency in data analysis and a deep understanding of how product decisions impact the broader business ecosystem
