Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing materials for digital and print, including:
Social media graphics
Flyers, postcards, posters, and signage
Email and web graphics
Presentation and pitch deck layouts
Simple brand collateral (one-pagers, brochures, etc.)
Resize and format assets for different platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, web, print, etc.)
Create digital product mock-ups and logo decoration proofs for our promotional products e-commerce company
Assist with production tasks like:
File cleanup and organization
Export settings and file prep
Basic print-ready formatting (bleeds, margins, trim, etc.)
Support brand consistency across multiple client projects
Collaborate with senior designers and strategists to execute creative concepts quickly and accurately
Help keep projects moving by staying responsive, organized, and deadline-aware
Qualification
Required
A degree in Graphic Design (or related field), OR equivalent portfolio experience
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator + Photoshop + InDesign)
A design portfolio showing clean layout, typography, and strong visual taste
Basic understanding of print and digital design formats
Strong file organization habits (naming, exporting, versioning)
Preferred
Experience with Canva, Figma, HubSpot, or Shopify
Familiarity with branding systems and templates
Experience designing for social media or marketing campaigns
Experience with apparel, promotional products, or print production files
