Responsibilities
Lead the design, solutioning, and configuration of Workday Payroll module
Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
Conduct and facilitate client meetings to guide decision-making and drive project milestones
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday HCM Payroll best practices, enhancements, and optimization opportunities
Mentor junior team members and oversee the quality of Workday deliverables
Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships based on credibility and technical acumen
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
3+ years of experience driving implementations & configurations of the Workday HCM Payroll module
Experience leading at least 1 full life cycle implementation of the Workday HCM Payroll module
Actively Workday US Payroll Certified
Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
