Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Execute on outbound calling campaigns
Use prospecting strategies, including phone calls and emails, to lead initial outreach to prospects
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Aderant’s Sales teams to align on strategic outbound initiatives, ensuring coordinated outreach and shared insights that drive pipeline growth
Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
Determine the prospect's interest(s) in Aderant’s products and services
Conduct initial discovery calls with prospects and scheduling follow-ups with Account Executives
Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance daily prospecting efficiency, data accuracy, and engagement personalization — with a passion for experimenting and learning how AI can elevate performance
Stay up to date on product offerings, services, and pricing/payment plans
Update and maintain prospect data to support the sales process
Regularly report out results to Marketing and Sales leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least one year of professional experience
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role with a track record of achieving sales quotas
Excellent communication skills include phone, writing, and listening
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
Understanding of the legal industry and/or SaaS technology
