Responsibilities
As a consultant you will be responsible to carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud Applications Including (Collections, Cash Application) projects across the globe in an individual capacity
High Radius Credit application knowledge is nice to have
Help in configuration of the tool as per design
Create and maintain product and operational related issues log, reporting on status as required by program structure
Be an expert of the client, understand their business functions and processes, communicate their needs to product teams
Help to build and improve the implementation, training methodologies and the tools needed for future implementations
Ensure application documentation is as per standard
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in carrying out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications
Sound knowledge on HighRadius configurations
Sound Knowledge on Various Integrations from HighRadius (like Billing systems, invoicing systems, ERPs, Banks etc.)
Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and solution design
Experience in gathering requirements, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation
Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports
Experience with system design using configuration and/or customization, integration, testing and support
Experience in delivering end to end solutions through the entire SDLC – right from running the client facing workshops, design, build, test, deployment, UAT and handover
Preferred
High Radius Credit application knowledge is nice to have
