Business Development Representative (USA) – CLIMBMANAGER

Climbing Business Journal is expanding its market presence with the CLIMBMANAGER platform, which is designed for climbing gyms and fitness facilities. They are seeking a motivated US Sales Representative to build relationships and convert leads into long-term customers across the United States.

Responsibilities

Prospect and reach out to climbing gyms facilities across the US
Conduct online demos and sales presentations (Zoom/Google Meet)
Build strong relationships with gym owners, managers, and decision-makers
Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closing
Cooperate with our product and technical teams to support onboarding and implementation
Attend and represent the company at industry events when needed
Provide market feedback to help shape our product roadmap for the US market

Required

Experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to decision-makers

Understanding of the climbing gym market and ability to communicate confidently with operators

Preferred

Passion for climbing, fitness, or gym operations
Experience selling SaaS or subscription products
