Responsibilities
Build and maintain the core of our platform, including backend services in Node.js/TypeScript and PHP, as well as frontend interfaces in React. Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Design and help implement our next-generation architecture, including migration from a monolithic PHP system to service-based systems that support scalability and flexibility
Be a technical force within the team, shaping coding standards, reviewing designs, and influencing architectural decisions while mentoring teammates
Work closely with top-tier engineers and business stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions directly contribute to the company’s profitability and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and PHP
Experience with React and building full-stack applications
Strong systems-thinking mindset
Ability to defend architectural decisions with clarity and humility
Understanding of business impact and engineering for profitability
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Higher degree education
