Responsibilities
Assist in conducting project research, data organization, on-site plot inspections, coordination with real estate agencies and upstream/downstream enterprises, and follow up on daily cooperation matters
Participate in the preliminary preparation of business negotiations, synchronize work progress, and support the completion of project resource development-related tasks
Assist in coordinating with the Development Department Manager to provide technical demand materials related to project research
Organize research data and reports to support the manager in formulating resource development strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Resource Management, Project Coordination or related fields
Relevant project coordination experience; candidates with local work or study experience in Texas, USA will be preferred
Fluent in English, able to communicate with local institutions and enterprises without obstacles
Strong data analysis skills
