The role involves collaborating with content team leaders and the Digital Experience team to deliver a consistent and compelling digital narrative for the organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as digital content expert while partnering closely with the Digital Experience team
Research, conduct interviews, write and edit content that's optimized for organic and AI search (SEO & AEO) and user experience for organization's 30+ websites, email marketing and other digital platforms including blog posts
Implement the enterprise-wide health and wellness content strategy
Create and edit content to support messaging maps, organization-wide content calendar and initiatives across the division
Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice, and optimized for relevant communications channels
Maintain understanding of content channels and standards across the division, including brand, marketing, digital, social, media and public affairs
Assist with large website migrations, including auditing and optimizing existing content and creating new content
Edit webpages in content management system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or
Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations or related field
Typically requires 2 years of experience in Public Affairs, Public Relations, Communications
Strong written and oral communications
Deadline oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work accurately and within a short timeframe
Strategic thinking

Ability to work independently
Results oriented
Willingness to be flexible within work hours; Occasional attendance at evening or weekend work-related activities
