Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the tactical product backlog, translating high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering and operations teams
Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews to ensure product development aligns with timelines and scope
Coordinate cross-functional product releases, ensuring technical readiness, operational documentation, and internal training are completed on schedule
Act as the primary liaison for feedback from sales, support, and customers to identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce sales enablement materials, including solution briefs, battle cards, and training resources
Monitor product KPIs (adoption, ticket volume, profitability) and conduct regular analysis of the MSP/MSSP landscape to guide strategic decisions
Support management of key technology partnerships to leverage partner capabilities and ensure differentiated offerings
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer) within B2B technology or IT services
Familiarity with Managed Services Provider (MSP) models, recurring revenue structures, or domains such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data/AI
Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps using agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accountability and self-motivation
Ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed work environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
