Own the GTM tech stack (Salesforce admin, Marketo, BI, CPQ)
Build forecasting models, commission calculations, and comp support
Design territories, manage enrichment, and ensure clean data
Establish and run Deal Desk
Partner cross-functionally to scale GTM operations
Qualification
Required
RevOps at a growth-stage B2B SaaS startup
Strong Salesforce and GTM systems experience
Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment
Analytical, commercial, and execution-focused
