Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote assistance tools, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, including applications like Microsoft Office
Manage computer hardware setups, upgrades, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Maintain IT infrastructure by monitoring network performance with tools and analyzing system logs for issues
Document incidents and resolutions to ensure accurate tracking and continuous improvement of support processes
Qualification
Required

Proven experience in providing help desk or desktop support within a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows Server environments, macOS, Linux, and mobile device management
Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Hands-on experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS configuration, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN architecture
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Ability to analyze complex issues quickly and develop effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer service attitude
