Director of Engineering
Korn Ferry has partnered with a leading diversified manufacturer and distributor of transportation equipment to identify a Director of Engineering. The role is responsible for leading all functions of Engineering in multiple facilities, reporting directly to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities
Lead Multi-Site Engineering Teams: Ensure alignment of processes, standards, and collaboration across all locations
Set Strategic Direction: Develop and execute engineering strategies that support business growth and operational excellence
Drive Value Engineering & Product Costing: Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or performance
Oversee New Product Development: From concept to launch, lead innovation and ensure products meet market and customer needs
Manage Projects: Deliver engineering projects on time, within scope and budget, using best-in-class project management practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including multi-site management
Proven expertise in Value Engineering, Product Costing, and New Product Development
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
