PDM Steel Service Centers, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the organization. The role involves utilizing office appliances and computers, preparing reports, and assisting the management team with administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc
Research, compile, and prepare reports, correspondence, or other information required by management
Research and resolve any administrative problems or errors that arise as necessary
Assist management team with administrative tasks as needed
Process invoices
Perform other office duties as assigned
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and reporting office hazards
Perform all administration positions as necessary
Responsible for file retention and storage
Reception and managing phones
Qualification
Required
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the organization

Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc
Research, compile, and prepare reports, correspondence, or other information required by management
Research and resolve any administrative problems or errors that arise as necessary
Assist management team with administrative tasks as needed
Process invoices
Perform other office duties as assigned
