Responsibilities
Own and execute a quarterly content strategy that aligns to demand generation, events, and employer needs across Hawai?i
Create and scale high-impact content using AI tools—from blogs and webinars to playbooks and practical tools
Turn events and external signals (e.g., UHERO data, legislation) into timely, useful, and distinctly ProService content
Partner across teams to distribute content that supports sales, account managers, and client retention
Track performance of all content and webinars, optimizing for reach, engagement, and business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience owning and executing a B2B content strategy in a SaaS, professional services, or fast-paced growth environment
Strong editorial skills with a track record of turning complex topics into engaging, actionable content
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) to accelerate and scale content production
Demonstrated success producing webinars and event-based content packages, from speaker prep to post-event insights
Ability to measure content performance, run A/B tests, and continuously improve based on data and feedback
