Responsibilities

Greet visitors and answer incoming calls to the management office
Administrative support to the Community Manager by handling office operations
Dispatch engineering and janitorial staff to handle work orders and confirm timely completion of work through online portal
Open, date, stamp, and distribute mail and deliveries
Assistant tenants with locks outs during business hours
Order office and kitchen supplies
Special projects as assigned by Community Manager

Required

2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise good judgment and professional demeanor when interacting with building management, residents, and vendors

Projects a professional image by meeting Douglas Emmett dress code standards
Can perform the essential physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
