Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all firm hardware, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, video conferencing equipment, HP LaserJet printers, and high-speed multifunction units
Deploy new PCs and laptops using Microsoft SCCM
Install, configure, and maintain HP LaserJet printers within a network environment
Provide laptop maintenance and support, ensuring devices remain updated with current virus definitions and Windows/Office updates
Install, replace, and maintain hardware components for PCs, desktops, laptops, and printers
Support smart devices and video conferencing equipment (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Qualification
Required
