Responsibilities
Develop and maintain supply plans to support forecasted demand and service level targets
Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to prevent shortages or excess inventory
Collaborate with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align supply with business needs
Analyze supply constraints, lead times, and capacity issues, and propose mitigation plans
Track and report key planning metrics including inventory turns, service levels, and forecast adherence
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and process efficiency
Communicate risks, constraints, and planning assumptions to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Strong Excel skills
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
Open to recent graduates with professional workplace experience and familiarity with inventory management or supply planning concepts
Preferred
APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or in progress)
Experience using Tableau or Power BI for reporting and analysis
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
2–4 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role preferred
