Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for enterprise server and data center systems
Perform server builds, swaps, component replacements, and firmware updates
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and operating system issues
Execute reactive and preventive maintenance following established procedures
Collaborate with customers and internal teams during service events
Document all work performed accurately and in real time
Participate in on-call rotations and extended coverage as required
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in field service, data center, or server support roles
Hands-on experience with server components (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs)
Experience performing server swaps and deployments
Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently on-site with customers
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer locations
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
Vendor certifications (Dell or equivalent)
Experience with advanced cooling or high-density server environments
